15 U.S.C. § 1460 | Savings provisions

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to repeal, invalidate, or supersede—

(a)

15 U.S.C. 41 the Federal Trade Commission Act [ et seq.] or any statute defined therein as an antitrust Act;

(b)

21 U.S.C. 301 the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act [ et seq.]; or

(c)

15 U.S.C. 1261 the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act [ et seq.].
