General Counsel

There shall be in the Department of Commerce a General Counsel, who shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.

Amendments

1954—Act , amended section generally, establishing a General Counsel in the Department of Commerce and a rate of compensation. See Codification note above.
