Jail building; office of magistrate judge

The Secretary of the Interior shall cause to be erected in Yellowstone National Park a suitable building to be used as a jail, and also having in said building an office for the use of the United States magistrate judge.

Section 9 of the act of May 7, 1894section 451 of this title, contained the added clause, “the cost of such building not to exceed five thousand dollars, to be paid out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated upon certificate of the Secretary as a voucher therefor,” which was superseded by the provisions contained in .
