16 U.S.C. § 410hhhh–5

For the purposes of this subchapter—

(1)

section 410hhhh–1 of this title the term “preservation district” means the Jimmy Carter National Preservation District established under ;

(2)

section 410hhhh of this title the term “historical park” means the Jimmy Carter National Historical Park established under ; and

(3)

the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
