section 410r–3 of this titleThere is hereby authorized to be appropriated to the emergency credit revolving fund, upon the transfer authorized in , such sum as may be necessary but not in excess of $452,000 to reimburse the fund for costs incurred by the Farmers Home Administration in connection with the aforesaid property.
