Acceptance of lands

section 422 of this titleThe establishment of the Moores Creek National Battlefield shall be carried forward under the control and direction of the Secretary of the Interior, who is authorized to receive from the State of North Carolina a deed of conveyance to the United States of all the lands belonging to the said State, embracing thirty acres, more or less, and described more particularly in .
