16 U.S.C. § 429a

Jurisdiction and control; authorization of annual appropriation

section 429 of this titleEach parcel of land acquired under shall be under the jurisdiction and control of the Secretary of the Interior, and there is authorized to be appropriated for the maintenance of each such parcel of land, fence, approach, and marker a sum not to exceed $250 per annum.
