L. 94–57839 Stat. 53516 U.S.C. 149 Stat. 6661976— substituted “The administration, development, preservation, and maintenance of the battlefield shall be exercised by the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with the Act of (; et seq.), as amended and supplemented, and the Act of ()” for “The affairs of the Monocacy National Military Park shall, subject to the supervision and direction of the National Park Service of the Interior Department, be in charge of a superintendent, to be appointed by the Secretary of the Interior”.
