16 U.S.C. § 450ss–1

In sections 450ss to 450ss–7 of this title:

(1)

Foundation

The term “Foundation” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation that is—

(A)

section 501(c)(3) of title 26 described in ;

(B)

exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of such title; and

(C)

dedicated to the support of the Memorial.

(2)

Memorial

section 450ss–2(a) of this titleThe term “Memorial” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial designated under .

(3)

Secretary

The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.

(4)

Trust

The term “Trust” means the Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust.
