For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions apply:
Conservation Area
oooThe term “Conservation Area” means the Las Cienegas National Conservation Area established by section 460–3(a) of this title.
Acquisition Planning District
oooThe term “Acquisition Planning District” means the Sonoita Valley Acquisition Planning District established by section 460–1(a) of this title.
Management plan
The term “management plan” means the management plan for the Conservation Area.
Public lands
section 1702(e) of title 43The term “public lands” has the meaning given the term in , except that such term shall not include interest in lands not owned by the United States.
Secretary
The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
