act May 11, 1926, ch. 286 44 Stat. 514 Section, , , which authorized the Secretary of Agriculture to furnish young trees free from the Nebraska National Forest to homestead settlers, was from the Department of Agriculture Appropriation Act, 1927, and was not repeated in subsequent appropriation acts.
