16 U.S.C. § 590q | Coverage; “State” defined; short title

(a)

This chapter shall apply to the States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands, and, as used in this chapter, the term “State” includes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Virgin Islands.

(b)

This chapter may be cited as the “Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act”.
