act June 8, 1940, ch. 29554 Stat. 261Section, , §§ 1–4, , authorized compacts or agreements between or among the States bordering on the Atlantic Ocean with respect to fishing in the territorial waters and bays and inlets of the Atlantic Ocean on which such States border.
Act May 4, 1942, ch. 28356 Stat. 267, §§ 1–4, , granted the consent and approval of Congress to an interstate compact relating to the better utilization of the fisheries (marine, shell, and anadromous) of the Atlantic seaboard and creating the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission.
Act Aug. 19, 1950, ch. 76364 Stat. 467, §§ 1–4, , granted the consent and approval of Congress to an amendment to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Compact and repealed limitation on the life of such compact.
