19 U.S.C. § 2031 | Authorities; delegation of functions; rules and regulations

The head of any agency performing functions authorized by this chapter may—

(1)

authorize the head of any other agency to perform any of such functions; and

(2)

prescribe such rules and regulations as may be necessary to perform such functions.
