act May 28, 1926, ch. 411, § 244 Stat. 669section 405a of this titleSection, , , provided that the jurisdiction, powers, and duties of the Board referred to in , its subdivisions and its officers, and their appointment, including the designation of its presiding officers, and the immunities, tenure of office, powers, duties, rights, and privileges of the members of the Board, shall remain the same as provided by existing law.
