2 U.S.C. § 151

Smithsonian Library

The library collected by the Smithsonian Institution under the provisions of the Act of , chapter 25, and removed from the building of that institution, with the consent of the Regents thereof, to the Library of Congress, shall, while there deposited, be subject to the same regulations as the Library of Congress, except as hereinafter provided.
