Appointment of employees by Senate Majority and Minority Leaders; compensation

ProvidedEffective , the Majority Leader and the Minority Leader are each authorized to appoint and fix the compensation of such employees as they deem appropriate: , That the gross compensation paid to such employees shall not exceed $191,700 each fiscal year for each Leader.
