Definitions

As used in this chapter—
(1)
the term “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation;
(2)
the term “Foundation” means the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation;
(3)
section 1001 of this title the term “institution of higher education” has the same meaning given that term by ; and
(4)
section 7801 of this title the term “secondary school” has the same meaning given that term by .
