L. 85–864, title X, § 100272 Stat. 1602 Section 582, , , , authorized Commissioner to appoint advisory committees to advise and consult with respect to administration of National Defense Act, prescribed a membership of twelve, four each from fields of science (engineering, mathematics, or science), humanities, and other appropriate fields, and provided for compensation ($50 per day limitation) and travel expenses of committee members.
