22 U.S.C. § 3712a | Authority to lease office space

Notwithstanding section 210 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (), the Commission is authorized to negotiate directly and enter into contracts for the lease of, and for improvements to, real property in the United States for use by the Commission as office space, on such terms as the Commission considers to be in the interest of the United States, and to make direct payments therefor.
