22 U.S.C. § 7518

Authorization of appropriations

(a)

In general

section 7513(c) of this titleThere is authorized to be appropriated to the President to carry out this subchapter (other than ) such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2005 and 2006.

(b)

Availability

Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations under subsection (a) are—
(1)
authorized to remain available until expended; and
(2)
section 7513(a)(1) of this title7 U.S.C. 1721osection 1431(b) of title 7 in addition to funds otherwise available for such purposes, including, with respect to food assistance under , funds available under title II of the Food for Peace Act [ et seq.], section 1736 of title 7, and .
