L. 88–457, § 278 Stat. 555Section, , , , which provided for the advance or expenditure of funds credited to the Absentee and the Eastern Bands for any purpose authorized by the respective tribal governing bodies and approved by the Secretary of the Interior, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
