Pub. L. 92–467, § 286 Stat. 781 Section, , , , which provided for distribution of per capita shares to tribal members and authorized the governing body of each tribal group to use the balance of funds for any purposes approved by the Secretary of the Interior, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
