Pub. L. 106–568, title XIV, § 1405114 Stat. 2940 Section, , , , which provided for the transfer of land to the Secretary of the Interior be held in trust for the benefit of the tribe as part of the tribe’s reservation, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
