L. 90–534, § 582 Stat. 884Section, , , , which provided that any moneys received by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community from the sale, exchange, mortgage, or granting of a security interest in tribal land could be used for tribal purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
