act Apr. 19, 1950, ch. 92, § 3 64 Stat. 45 Section, , , which provided that Navajo and Hopi Indians be given preference in employment and on-the-job training for projects undertaken pursuant to this subchapter, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
