act May 18, 1928, ch. 624, § 6 45 Stat. 603 Section, , , which provided for judgments to be placed in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the Indians of California and to accrue interest at the rate of 4 per centum per annum, and which set out authorized uses for the fund, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
