Pub. L. 98–481, § 398 Stat. 2250 Section, , , , which related to extension of Federal recognition, rights, and privileges to the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
