In general
No person shall dispose of sewage sludge at any landfill located on Staten Island, New York.
Exclusion from penalties
In general
Subject to paragraph (2), a person who violates this section shall not be subject to any penalty under this Act.
Injunction
section 1415 of this titleParagraph (1) shall not prohibit the bringing of an action for, or the granting of, an injunction under with respect to a violation of this section.
