Not later than 60 days after the date on which a cash prize is awarded under this title, the Secretary shall post on a publicly available website a report on the prize competition that includes—
(1)
section 1973 of this titlesection 1973 of this title if the Secretary has entered into an agreement under , a statement by the Marine Debris Foundation that describes the activities carried out by the Marine Debris Foundation relating to the duties described in ; and
(2)
section 1974 of this title a statement by 1 or more of the judges appointed under that explains the basis on which the winner of the cash prize was selected.
