“Notwithstanding any repeals made by this section [repealing this section and sections 717, 727, 728, 730a, 743, 745a, 747b, 748, 754a, 763–1, 763–2, 763a–1, and 770 to 772 of this title], any individual beneficiary currently receiving payments under the authority of any provisions repealed in this section shall continue to receive such benefits.”
