(1) and (2) were repealed and reenacted as , National and Commercial Space Programs, by , §§ 3, 6, , , 3444, which Act enacted Title 51. Par. (3), which required Administrator’s report to congressional committees, not later than 90 days after , regarding research plan for utilization and proposed final configuration of the International Space Station, was omitted from the Code following the enactment of Title 51.
