(a) was repealed and reenacted as , National and Commercial Space Programs, by , §§ 3, 6, , , 3444, which Act enacted Title 51. Subsec. (b), which provided sense of Congress regarding the policy and its benefits, was omitted from the Code following the enactment of Title 51.
