L. 111–314124 Stat. 3328 Section 17811, , , , which related to maintenance and upgrade of NASA Center facilities, was repealed in part and omitted in part. Subsec. (a) was repealed and reenacted as , National and Commercial Space Programs, by , §§ 3, 6, , , 3444, which Act enacted Title 51. Subsec. (b), which required determination of maintenance and upgrade backlog at NASA Centers and facilities, and subsec. (c), which required report to Congress to be delivered concurrently with fiscal 2011 budget request, were omitted from the Code following the enactment of Title 51.
