The Director of the Institute shall prepare for inclusion in the biennial report made under section 284b  of this title a description of the Institute’s activities—
(1)
under the current diabetes plan under the National Diabetes Mellitus Research and Education Act; and
(2)
under the current digestive diseases plan formulated under the Arthritis, Diabetes, and Digestive Diseases Amendments of 1976.
