Authorization of appropriations
section 300ee–11(a) of this titleFor the purpose of making allotments under , there are authorized to be appropriated $165,000,000 for fiscal year 1989 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1990 and 1991.
Availability to States
section 300ee–11(a) of this titleAny amounts paid to a State under shall remain available to the State until the expiration of the 1-year period beginning on the date on which the State receives such amounts.
