Authorizations of appropriations

section 4577 of this titleFor purposes of , there are authorized to be appropriated $85,000,000 for the fiscal year ending , $91,000,000 for the fiscal year ending , $102,500,000 for the fiscal year ending , $102,500,000 for the fiscal year ending , $115,000,000 for the fiscal year ending , and $15,000,000 for the fiscal year ending . Of the funds appropriated under this section for the fiscal year ending , at least 8 percent of the funds shall be obligated for grants for proj­ects, programs, and services to prevent (through outreach, intervention, and education) the occurrence of alcoholism and alcohol abuse; of the funds appropriated under this section for the next fiscal year at least 10 percent of the funds shall be obligated for such grants; and of the funds appropriated under this section for the fiscal year ending , at least 25 per centum of the funds shall be obligated for such grants.
