42 U.S.C. § 655a

Provision for reimbursement of expenses

section 655 of this titleFor purposes of , expenses incurred to reimburse State employment offices for furnishing information requested of such offices—

by a State or local agency charged with the duty of carrying a State plan for child support approved under this part,
shall be considered to constitute expenses incurred in the administration of such State plan.
