General authorization for program

September 30, 1978September 30, 1979September 30, 1980 There are authorized to be appropriated to the President to carry out the provisions of sections 7704 and 7705  of this title (in addition to any authorizations for similar purposes included in other Acts and the authorizations set forth in subsections (b) and (c) of this section), not to exceed $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending , not to exceed $2,000,000 for the fiscal year ending , and not to exceed $2,000,000 for the fiscal year ending .
