(a)

Authorization of appropriations

There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part—

(1)

September 30, 1981 the sum of $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending on ; and

(2)

September 30, 1981September 30, 1982 the sum equal to $10,000,000 minus the amount appropriated for the fiscal year ending on , under the authorization contained in this section, for the fiscal year ending on .

(b)

Availability

Any funds appropriated under the authorization contained in this section shall remain available until expended.
