Definitions
43 U.S.C. 1301For the purposes of this section, the terms “navigable” and “navigability” means navigable for the purpose of determining title to lands beneath navigable waters, as between the United States and the several States pursuant to the Submerged Lands Act [ et seq., 1311 et seq.] and section 6(m) of the Alaska Statehood Act.
