Laws now applicable to lands or resources in the Territory of Alaska shall continue in force and effect to the same extent and in the same manner after , as before, and nothing in this subchapter shall preclude or prevent ingress or egress upon the lands in districts for any purpose authorized by any such law, including prospecting for and extraction of minerals.
