Definitions

In this chapter:
(1)

Common carrier .—

section 40102 of this titleThe term “common carrier” has the meaning given that term in .
(2)

Passenger vessel .—

section 2101 of this titleThe term “passenger vessel” has the meaning given that term in .
(3)

Secretary .—

The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating.
