Sections 175 and 175a, relating to Territory of Alaska, were omitted in view of admission of Alaska into the Union.
act July 31, 1946, ch. 719, § 1 60 Stat. 750 Section 175, , , authorized establishment of a geophysical institute at the University of Alaska.
act July 31, 1946, ch. 719, § 2 60 Stat. 751 Section 175a, , , provided that buildings and equipment of geophysical institute shall become property of University of Alaska.
