Institute for Rural Partnerships

ProvidedProvided furtherProvided furtherProvided furtherFor an additional amount for the Office of the Secretary, $30,000,000, to remain available until expended, to establish an Institute for Rural Partnerships: , That the Secretary shall establish a grant program and distribute the funds to three geographically diverse established land-grant universities: , That the Institute for Rural Partnerships shall dedicate resources to researching the causes and conditions of challenges facing rural areas, and develop community partnerships to address such challenges: , That administrative or other fees shall not exceed one percent: , That such partnership shall coordinate and publish an annual report.
