7 U.S.C. § 4804 | Notice and hearing

January 1, 1986During the period beginning on , and ending 30 days after receipt of a proposal for an initial order submitted by any person affected by this chapter, the Secretary shall—

(1)

publish such proposed order; and

(2)

give due notice of and opportunity for public comment on such proposed order.
