L. 89–10, which was classified to part B (§8651 et seq.) of subchapter XIII of chapter 70 of this title, prior to being redesignated as part L of title IX of Pub. L. 103–227 by Pub. L. 107–110, title X, §1022(a), Jan. 8, 2002, 115 Stat. 1987, transferred to this part, and subsequently repealed by Pub. L. 107–279, title IV, §403(2), Nov. 5, 2002, 116 Stat. 1985.
