Establishment
Not later than 6 months after , the Secretary shall establish an advisory council to be known as the “McInnis Canyons National Conservation Area Advisory Council”.
Duty
The Council shall advise the Secretary with respect to preparation and implementation of the management plan, including budgetary matters, for the Conservation Area and the Wilderness.

Termination of Advisory Councils
Advisory councils established after , to terminate not later than the expiration of the 2-year period beginning on the date of their establishment, unless, in the case of a council established by the President or an officer of the Federal Government, such council is renewed by appropriate action prior to the expiration of such 2-year period, or in the case of a council established by Congress, its duration is otherwise provided by law.
