22 U.S.C. § 6591

“United States assistance” defined

In this part, the term “United States assistance” means development and other economic assistance, including assistance made available under the following provisions of law:
(1)
22 U.S.C. 2151 Chapter 1 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 [ et seq.] (relating to development assistance).
(2)
22 U.S.C. 2346 Chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 [ et seq.] (relating to the economic support fund).
(3)
22 U.S.C. 2293 Chapter 10 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 [ et seq.] (relating to the Development Fund for Africa).
(4)
22 U.S.C. 2295 Chapter 11 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 [ et seq.] (relating to assistance for the independent states of the former Soviet Union).
(5)
22 U.S.C. 5401 The Support for East European Democracy Act ( et seq.).
