Pub. L. 100–95, § 12101 Stat. 710Section, , , , which provided that, for the purpose of eligibility for Federal services, tribal members residing on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, would be deemed to be living on or near an Indian reservation, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
